September 21 is Leonard Cohen's birthday. Little did I know how much his music would continue to be so present in my life after all these years. As I've gotten older, I've come to appreciate his life, his poetry, his bravery, his quality... I watch his old interviews when I'm in need of spiritual guidance.This song came back with me from a trip I took to Spain where "Ziggy Stardust" and "Songs from a Room" were the soundtrack of every magical place I'd been there.
